Interlocking Lid Sealing & Strapping Standards

• Step-jointed interlocking lid rims eliminate thermal bridging and prevent warm ambient air infiltration.
• For courier and air-cargo transit, seal the lid perimeter with 48 mm hot-melt tape and secure with 12 mm PP strapping.

• High-density 24–30 DNS side walls allow loaded boxes to be stacked 6 to 8 tiers high in reefer trucks without crushing.
• Empty boxes are dispatched from our Gebze warehouse sealed in heavy-duty polyethylene protective packs.

¿Qué es una caja isotérmica EPS (corcho blanco) para pescado?

Es un envase térmico de celda cerrada compuesto por un 98% de aire inmóvil y un 2% de poliestireno expandido (EPS) de grado alimentario, diseñado para mantener la cadena de frío en pescados, carnes, helados y vacunas.

¿Cuántas horas mantienen el frío las cajas isotérmicas EPS?

Según el espesor de pared (16 a 37 mm) y el refrigerante, los modelos estándar mantienen el frío de 24 a 40 horas y los modelos de pared gruesa (B-03, B-06, B-07, D-1000) de 48 a 96 horas.

¿La materia prima EPS es apta para el contacto directo con alimentos?

Sí. Todas nuestras cajas se fabrican con EPS 100% virgen de grado alimentario conforme al Reglamento CE 1935/2004 y al Código Alimentario Turco.

¿Qué significa la densidad 24–30 DNS en las cajas EPS?

DNS indica la densidad en kg/m³. Nuestras cajas isotérmicas se moldean a alta densidad (24–30 DNS), garantizando estanqueidad total al agua, resistencia a golpes y gran capacidad de apilamiento.

¿Las cajas EPS filtran agua o hielo derretido?

No. Moldeadas en una sola pieza a 24–30 DNS, las paredes son 100% impermeables. Sellando la junta de la tapa con cinta adhesiva se logra estanqueidad total para mensajería y avión.

¿Cuál es el coeficiente de conductividad térmica (Lambda - λ) de las cajas EPS?

Nuestras cajas EPS de 24–30 DNS tienen una conductividad térmica de λ = 0,032 – 0,035 W/(m·K), minimizando la transferencia de calor exterior.
